Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre is one of the world’s leading cancer research, education and treatment centres globally and is Australia’s only public hospital solely dedicated to caring for people affected by cancer.

During the congress program you will be able to attend a tour of the new purpose built Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre.  Throughout the tour you will also get to see the Wellbeing Centre, OnTrac Unit, an inpatient ward and the Day Therapy Unit.  You will see how the building has been designed so patients feel as calm and as at ease as possible.  This tour is suitable for any nurse to attend.

The tour will depart the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre at approximately 3.30pm on Friday 21 June 2019. A return coach will pick up from Peter Mac and drop particpants back to Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre at approximately 5.30pm.

 

There is a maximum of 55* participants on this tour.
