* Please note - only current financial CNSA Members are eligible for the Congress Discounted Member Registration Rate. If you have not renewed in 2018/19 go to www.cnsa.org.au, enter your username and password to login and renew. You must be a financial member of CNSA at the time of Congress to access the Discounted Member Rate.

Student Rates -

** A person is eligible for the student rate if they are undertaking full-time undergraduate or post-graduate studies with a stream of cancer care. Documented evidence of full time status (e.g student card or letter from University) is required upon registration and is subject to approval. For doctoral students, a letter (signed by a supervisor) declaring the doctoral thesis has a major focus on cancer care/nursing is required.

Should you wish to join CNSA, and take advantage of the discounted CNSA Annual Congress Member rates, please click here to sign up for CNSA membership. Once you have signed up as a member on the CNSA website, you can then register to attend the 2019 Annual Congress at the member rate. Please note: when you sign up for CNSA membership from 1st of January 2019, your membership will be taken through until 31 March 2020, essentially providing you with up to 3 free months of membership benefits.   • Any workshop materials provided by the facilitator


PAYMENT

Registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa and MasterCard are accepted). A 1.75% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card payments. You can also arrange payment via electronic funds transfer. No surcharge applies to pay via EFT but payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Organisers 45 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $120 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers.

LIABILITY

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia and Chilli Fox Events accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.

DISCLAIMER

The Congress program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING DISCLAIMER

During your attendance at the CNSA 2019 Congress, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means recorded by an official representative of the CNSA, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the CNSA. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the CNSA by emailing cnsa@chillifoxevents.com.au

INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
